Adult Learner's Week (ALW) is celebrated annually, this year from 1 to 8 September 2009, and aims to celebrate and promote all forms of adult learning. In 2009, Adult Leaner's Week has a strong focus on community delivered events and activities designed to promote the benefits of adult, lifelong learning. As such, RAPAD and the Australian College of Outback Tourism are pleased to host ALW workshops in three locations in the Central West - Muttaburra, Aramac and Jundah. These sessions will explore the World Wide Web and digital photography, with sessions at each location in the following format:
Cost: $20 per session or $30 for the full day. Participants will each receive a USB memory stick along with easy to understand hand-outs relating to the sessions, as well as morning tea and afternoon tea. As there are limited places for these workshops, registration is essential and can be made by contacting Kristine Arnold 0427 649 031, email or leave a message at RAPAD on 4652 5601. |
